Assistance on request. 1. At the request of the applicant authority, the requested authority shall furnish it with all relevant information to enable it to ensure that customs legislation is correctly applied, including information regarding operations noted or planned which are or could be in breach of such legislation.
Assistance on request. 1. The Customs Administrations shall assist each other in the areas within their competences, in the manner and under the conditions laid down in this Agreement, to ensure that customs legislation is correctly applied and the customs duties and taxes are assessed accurately.

Upon the request of the applicant authority, based on a reasonable suspicion of an operation in breach of customs legislation of any category of goods referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 2 (Scope), the requested authority shall provide the applicant authority with one or more of the following types of information which may enable the applicant authority to ensure that customs legislation is correctly applied:
