Request for Assistance. In the event of a situation where assistance is required and before anything else, the BENEFICIARY must contact the COMPANY by calling the tool free 01 800 number and/or collect calling providing the following information:
Request for Assistance. Whenever, in the opinion of a Requesting Official of a Party, there is a need for Public Works Assistance from another Party, such Requesting Official may, at his or her discretion, call upon the Sending Official of any other Party to furnish Public Works Assistance.

Request for Assistance. In the event of an Emergency, a Member’s Authorized Official may request mutual aid and assistance from Members (“Request for Assistance”). Requests for Assistance may be made orally or in writing, provided that when a Request for Assistance is made orally, the Requesting Member shall, as soon as practicable, identify and transmit in writing the personnel, equipment and supplies requested. Requesting Members shall direct Requests for Assistance to Authorized Officials. The Statewide Committee shall provide specific protocols for Requests for Assistance as part of the procedures created pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement.
Request for Assistance. All participants have the right to utilize the services of lay or professional consultants.
Request for Assistance. After a Member receives a request for assistance, the Authorized Official evaluates whether resources are available to respond to the request for assistance. Following the evaluation, the Authorized Representative shall inform, as soon as possible, the Requesting Member whether it has the resources to respond. If the Member is willing and able to provide assistance, the Member shall inform the Requesting Member about the type of available resources and the approximate arrival time of such assistance.
Request for Assistance. Whenever, in the opinion of a Requesting Official, there is a need for Assistance from other Parties relating to an Incident, the Requesting Official may, orally or in writing, call upon the Assisting Official of any other Party to furnish assistance. The Requesting Party, within a reasonable period of time, shall provide each Assisting Party with a written confirmation of the need for assistance including details regarding requested resources, timelines/schedules and location(s) for Assistance.
Request for Assistance. A meeting will be scheduled with appropriate individuals as described below (phone or videoconference in most cases). The Statement of Issue for Escalation will be sent in advance to the participants. This meeting shall be scheduled when the Parties involved at the current level conclude in good faith that amicable resolution through continued negotiation of the matter does not appear likely or thirty (30) days after the notification, per Section 4.2 (notification) above, is provided.
Request for Assistance. In case of an Assistance Event and prior to taking personal action where reasonable, the Insured or his/her representative shall call IPA's alarm center in Hong Kong at the cost of the Company, whose contact number is listed below: (000) 0000 0000 and should state: • His/her name, the number of his/her policy and his/her I.D. card or passport number and, • The name of the place and the telephone number where IPA can reach the Insured or his/her representative and, • A brief description of the accident and the nature of assistance required.
