Architect Contracts definition

Architect Contracts means the contract between the Architect and Borrower dated as of February 2, 2000 and any other contract between the Architect and Borrower approved by the Administrative Agent relating to the design and construction of the Project and the preparation of the Construction Plans, together with all amendments thereto.
Architect Contracts means (a) in respect of the Phase II Project, the Agreement for Architectural Services, dated as of October 1, 2003, between the Architect and Borrower, and (b) in respect of the Phase III Project, any other contract between the relevant Architect and Borrower relating to the design and construction of the Phase III Project and the preparation of the related Construction Plans, together with all amendments thereto.
Architect Contracts means the contract between the Architect and Borrower dated as of September 17th, 1996 and any other contract between the Architect and Borrower approved by the Managing Agent relating to the design and construction of the Project and the preparation of the Construction Plans, together with all amendments thereto.

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.
