AR Financing Documents definition

AR Financing Documents means the documents approved by HUD evidencing, securing, and made as a condition to any accounts receivable loan to Operator in connection with the Project.
AR Financing Documents means, collectively, the A&R First Lien Credit Agreement, the A&R Second Lien Term Loan Agreement, and the A&R Third Lien Term Loan Agreement.

  • Operator must first use funds derived from operation of the Healthcare Facility, or otherwise received for use in operation of the Healthcare Facility, only to make payments to the Borrower due pursuant to the Borrower-Operator Agreement, to make payments pursuant to any AR Financing Documents, and to pay for goods, materials, supplies and services that are reasonable and necessary for the operation of the Healthcare Facility prior to expending funds for any other purposes (“Goods and Services”).

  • Financing Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents, the Account Control Agreement and any other agreements, documents or certificates delivered pursuant hereto or thereto.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Senior Documents means, collectively, with respect to any Senior Obligation, any provision pertaining to such Senior Obligation in any Loan Document or any other document, instrument or certificate evidencing or delivered in connection with such Senior Obligation.

  • Note Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), the Note Guarantees and this Indenture.

  • ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Credit Documents mean the agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents at any time evidencing or otherwise relating to, governing or executed in connection with or as security for, a Loan, including without limitation notes, bonds, loan agreements, letter of credit applications, lease financing contracts, banker's acceptances, drafts, interest protection agreements, currency exchange agreements, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, guarantees, deeds of trust, mortgages, assignments, security agreements, pledges, subordination or priority agreements, lien priority agreements, undertakings, security instruments, certificates, documents, legal opinions, participation agreements and intercreditor agreements, and all amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions, rearrangements, and substitutions with respect to any of the foregoing.
