Approved Vending Locations definition

Approved Vending Locations means the current and future vending locations on the Campus the Parties approved pursuant to Section 7 and are listed on Exhibit E and such other locations to which the University and Pepsi shall agree upon from time to time and reduce to writing.

Examples of Approved Vending Locations in a sentence

  • Pumps will not be allowed to run with intake or return valves closed.

  • The University grants Pepsi access to the Approved Vending Locations (Exhibit E) during regular business hours as posted on the University’s web site for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Pepsi shall install and operate Acceptable Equipment to vend/sell Acceptable Beverages in campus buildings and, collectively, such buildings are the "Approved Vending Locations" as included as Exhibit E.

  • Without the University's prior written consent, Pepsi shall not use space in the Approved Vending Locations in any manner or for any purpose except to offer for sale and sell Acceptable Beverages in vending machines, and for no other use.

  • The University, at its expense, shall provide all water, sewer, electricity service and wiring to support the Approved Vending Locations.

  • Any approved changes will be reflected by amending the Approved Vending Locations identified in Attachment B.

Related to Approved Vending Locations

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
