Approved UK Locations definition

Approved UK Locations means (a) a third party warehouse located in the United Kingdom (reasonably acceptable to the Agent), the Inventory located therein being evidenced by documents of title, whether negotiable or non-negotiable, and any such negotiable document of title shall have been issued and duly negotiated to the Company or the Agent or to order, blank endorsed, and in the possession of the Company or the Agent, and any such non-negotiable document of title shall have been issued in the name of and delivered to the Company or the Agent, or (b) a location in the United Kingdom that is controlled by a third party (reasonably acceptable to the Agent) engaged in the business of storing goods of others for hire (of the same type as Inventory) that does not issue either negotiable or non-negotiable documents of title as long as the goods stored by such third party on behalf of the Company are readily identifiable to the Company in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Agent.”

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Approved Use means the use of the Project for the operation of a Healthcare Facility as a ___ ____ [insert type of facility] with __ __ [beds/units] [of which not less than __ ___ [beds/units] are [to be] in use] and such other uses as may be approved in writing from time to time by HUD based upon a request made by the Borrower, Operator, or Master Tenant, but excluding any uses that are discontinued with the written approval of HUD. Master Tenant shall ensure that use of the Healthcare Facility is in accordance with the Approved Use.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.

  • approved facility means any private practice, hospital, clinic or other health facility in Namibia defined in section 1 of the Hospitals and Health Facilities Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), approved by the Council for the purpose of the training of hearing aid acoustics interns, and “facility” has a corresponding meaning;

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.
