Thus, consolidation will be regulated through the Development Permit process and as such, may be a condition of the Approved Development Permit.
Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
Floodplain Development Permit means any type of permit that is required in conformance with the provisions of this ordinance, prior to the commencement of any development activity.
Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:
Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.
Cluster development means a subdivision with lots clustered in a group of five or more lots that is
