Approved Development definition

Approved Development means any Petroleum Asset in which an Obligor has an interest and which the Majority Lenders have agreed (acting reasonably) shall be a Borrowing Base Asset.
Approved Development means a development approved under the Melbourne Planning Scheme for land that includes a road that is required to be discontinued.

Approved Development means a project or development
