AP Handbook definition

AP Handbook means the handbook and other supplemental materials that accompany, or are made available in connection with, this Agreement that clarify and provide revised or additional procedures with respect to a Participant’s transactions with the Distributor and the Trust, as they may be amended from time to time by the Distributor or the Trust and made available to the Participant. The AP Handbook is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and hereby made a part hereof. It is acknowledged and agreed that the AP Handbook may be made available solely in an electronic format accessible via the internet. Any changes to the AP Handbook made available to the Participant subsequent to the date of this Agreement shall also be deemed incorporated by reference herein.

Any changes to the AP Handbook made available to the Participant subsequent to the date of this Agreement also shall be deemed incorporated by reference herein.

Examples of AP Handbook in a sentence

  • The Participant acknowledges receipt of the Prospectuses and AP Handbook, represents that it has reviewed such documents and understands the terms thereof, and further acknowledges that the procedures contained therein pertaining to the creation and redemption of Creation Units are incorporated herein by reference.

  • The Participant may place Purchase Orders or Redemption Orders either through the Clearing Process or outside the Clearing Process through the DTC, subject to the procedures for purchase and redemption referred to in paragraph 2 and the AP Handbook.

  • Any capitalized terms used herein that are not defined shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus or in the AP Handbook.

  • It is acknowledged and agreed that these procedures may be revised and updated from time to time and made available in the AP Handbook.

  • Notwithstanding the above, delivery of any amendment or supplement to the Prospectus or AP Handbook shall be made via email to the Participant.

  • The Participant agrees to comply with any and all requirements stated in the Prospectus and in the AP Handbook to the extent applicable to it.

  • The Participant acknowledges receipt of the AP Handbook, represents that it has reviewed such document and understands the terms thereof, and further acknowledges that the information and procedures contained therein are incorporated herein by reference.

  • In the event of a conflict between the Prospectuses and AP Handbook, the Prospectuses shall control.

  • PRA Handbook means the PRA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • COGE Handbook means the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society), as amended from time to time.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • the Handbook means the Authority’s Handbook of rules and guidance;

  • Hague Rules means the International Convention for the Unification of certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25 August 1924.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Fitch Guidelines means the guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with Fitch’s ratings of the VMTP Shares.

  • Ethics means a set of principles governing the conduct of all persons governed by these rules.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct means the code of that name published by the Government Commercial Function originally dated September 2017, as may be amended, restated, updated, re-issued or re-named from time to time;

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.
