Amortization Date definition

Amortization Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the Commitment Termination Date, (ii) the declaration or automatic occurrence of the Amortization Date pursuant to Section 7.03 and (iii) that Business Day which the Borrower designates as the Amortization Date by notice to the Administrative Agent at least five (5) Business Days prior to such Business Day.
Amortization Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the day on which any of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 5.2 are not satisfied, (ii) the Business Day immediately prior to the occurrence of an Amortization Event set forth in Section 8.1(d), (iii) the Business Day specified in a written notice from the Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 8.2 following the occurrence of any other Amortization Event, and (iv) the date which is sixty (60) Business Days after the Collateral Agent’s receipt of written notice from Seller that it wishes to terminate the facility evidenced by this Agreement.
Amortization Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the day on which any of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.2 are not satisfied, (ii) the Business Day immediately prior to the occurrence of an Amortization Event set forth in Section 9.1(d)(ii), (iii) the Business Day specified in a written notice from Agent following the occurrence of any other Amortization Event, (iv) the Business Day specified in a written notice from Agent following the failure to obtain the Required Ratings within 60 days following delivery of a Ratings Request to Seller and Servicer, and (v) the date which is 5 Business Days after Agent’s receipt of written notice from Seller that it wishes to terminate the facility evidenced by this Agreement.

  • Subject to Article 3 below, beginning on the first Amortization Date, the Borrower shall make monthly payments to the Holder on each Repayment Date, each in the amount of $187,500, together with any accrued and unpaid interest to date on such portion of the Principal Amount plus any and all other amounts which are then owing under this Note, the Purchase Agreement or any other Related Agreement but have not been paid (collectively, the “Monthly Amount”).


More Definitions of Amortization Date

Amortization Date. The earlier of (i) November 1, 2014 and (ii) the date on which an Early Amortization Event occurs.
