Rapid Amortization Period definition

Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

More Definitions of Rapid Amortization Period

Rapid Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Rapid Amortization Event occurs and ending on the earlier to occur of the waiver of the occurrence of such Rapid Amortization Event in accordance with Section 9.7 of the Base Indenture and the date on which there are no Notes Outstanding.
Rapid Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the period specified in the applicable Series Supplement.
