Rapid Amortization Event definition

Rapid Amortization Event has the meaning given to it in Section 5.16.

Rapid Amortization Event has the meaning specified in Section 9.1 of the Base Indenture.

Examples of Rapid Amortization Event in a sentence

• No Rapid Amortization Event, Event of Default, Servicer Default or Default has occurred and is continuing.

• If a Default, Event of Default or Rapid Amortization Event occurs and is continuing and if a Trust Officer of the Indenture Trustee receives written notice or has actual knowledge thereof, the Indenture Trustee shall promptly provide each Notice Person (and, with respect to any Event of Default or Rapid Amortization Event, each Noteholder and Certificateholder), to the extent possible by email or facsimile, and, otherwise, by first class mail at their respective addresses appearing in the Register.

• Following the declaration of an Event of Default or a Rapid Amortization Event pursuant to Section 9.1 or 10.2, all amounts in any Payment Account, including any money or property collected pursuant to Section 10.4 (after deducting the reasonable costs and expenses of such collection), shall be applied by the Indenture Trustee on the related Payment Date in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.

• For purposes of determining whether the conditions specified in this Article III have been satisfied, by funding the Loans hereunder, each Lender shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted, or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required hereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to such Lender, as the case may be; provided, that nothing in this sentence shall constitute a waiver of any Rapid Amortization Event or Event of Default.

• Each of the Seller and the Borrower shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent, the Paying Agent and the Lenders of the occurrence of any Servicer Default, Event of Default or Rapid Amortization Event.

More Definitions of Rapid Amortization Event

Rapid Amortization Event. Any one of the following events:

Rapid Amortization Event means any event specified in Section 9.01 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement or in Section 17 hereof.

Rapid Amortization Event means the occurrence of any of the following:

Rapid Amortization Event. Any of those "Rapid Amortization Events" described in Section 12.1 of the Indenture.
