Early Amortization Event definition
Early Amortization Event means the occurrence of any of the following:
Early Amortization Event means any Early Amortization Event specified in Section 5.01 of the Indenture.
Early Amortization Event has the meaning specified in Section 12.01.

Early Amortization Event means, collectively, Automatic Amortization Events and Declared Discretionary Amortization Events.
