Early Amortization Event means any Early Amortization Event specified in Section 5.01 of the Indenture.

Early Amortization Event means, with respect to a Series, Class or Tranche of CHASEseries Notes, the events specified in Section 4.01 hereof and Section 11.01 of the Indenture.

Early Amortization Event means, collectively, Automatic Amortization Events and Declared Discretionary Amortization Events.
