Amenity Staff definition

Amenity Staff. – shall mean the District Manager, Amenity Manager, or such other individuals so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors to manage or operate the Amenity Facilities.
Amenity Staff means any persons responsible for daily operation and/or maintenance of the Amenities, including the Amenity Manager, if any, lifeguards, facility attendants, maintenance personnel or any District employee(s). The District may in its discretion choose what level of staffing is appropriate for operation of the Amenities and may elect not to engage any or all of the aforementioned staff.
Amenity Staff. – shall mean the Service Manager, including their employees, or such other individuals so designated by the Board to operate the Recreational Facilities.

Examples of Amenity Staff in a sentence

  • Any fitness program operated, established, and run by Amenity Staff may have priority over other users of the Fitness Centers.

  • The exclusive and reserved scheduled uses of the softball fields are limited to community-based teams and programs scheduled through the Amenity Staff.

  • The Patron desiring to reserve a room must pay a refundable security deposit of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) at the time of reservation, or a minimum of 30 days before the event, made payable electronically to the District pursuant to the guidelines established by Amenity Staff.

  • The Board, Amenity Manager, and Amenity Staff have full authority to enforce these policies.

  • Depending upon the intensity of pool usage, Amenity Staff may close the pool for additional periods of time to facilitate maintenance and to ensure compliance with applicable Florida health codes.

  • Any Patron who is physically or verbally abusive to other Patrons or Amenity Staff will not receive written notice and will be immediately suspended for up to fifteen (15) days at the discretion of the Amenity Manager.

Related to Amenity Staff

  • Amenity means roads, streets, open spaces, parks recreational grounds, play grounds, gardens, water supply, electric supply, street lighting, sewerage, drainage, public works and other utilities, services and conveniences.

  • Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Designated User means any person(s) that you authorise as users of your Broadband service.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

  • Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • parking ticket means a parking ticket, season ticket, residents parking permit or waiver of any kind (including medical practitioner waiver, Tradesman’s Waiver and Daily Visitors’ Parking Cards).

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Generation Owner means a Member that owns, leases with rights equivalent to ownership, or otherwise controls and operates one or more operating generation resources located in the PJM Region. The foregoing notwithstanding, for a planned generation resource to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner, such resource shall have cleared an RPM auction, and for Energy Resources, the resource shall have a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM. Purchasing all or a portion of the output of a generation resource shall not be sufficient to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner. For purposes of Members Committee sector classification, a Member that is primarily a retail end- user of electricity that owns generation may qualify as a Generation Owner if: (1) the generation resource is the subject of a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM; (2) the average physical unforced capacity owned by the Member and its affiliates over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average PJM capacity obligation of the Member and its affiliates over the same time period; and (3) the average energy produced by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average energy consumed by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the same time period. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Municipal Service Area means the geographical area within the legal boundaries of the Municipality where the Company has been granted rights hereunder in connection with, among other matters, Natural Gas Distribution Service, as altered from time to time;
