Allocation Account definition

Allocation Account has the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.7(b).
Allocation Account means the deposit accounts or other accounts designated by the Authority from time to time and controlled by the Allocation Agent, into which all payments from or on behalf of Customers are to be deposited and from which transfers of estimated Charge Collections and Remittance Shortfalls are to be made to the Collection Account and transfers of Estimated Other Payments are to be made to appropriate accounts of the Authority. Initially, the Allocation Account shall refer to the clearing account(s) that have been established by the Authority with X.X. Xxxxxx Chase Bank.

Examples of Allocation Account in a sentence

  • Where an agreement pursuant to Article 25 of Directive 2003/87/EC is in force and requires transferring aviation allowances to aircraft operators holding accounts in the registry of another greenhouse gas emissions trading system, the central administrator, in cooperation with the administrator of the other registry, shall ensure that the Union Registry transfers those aviation allowances from the EU Aviation Allocation Account to the corresponding accounts in the other registry.

  • If the number of aviation allowances to be allocated free of charge is increased by a decision pursuant to Article 3e(3) of Directive 2003/87/EC, the central administrator shall transfer further aviation allowances from the EU Aviation Total Quantity Account to the EU Aviation Allocation Account in a quantity corresponding to the increase of the number of aviation allowances to be allocated free of charge.

  • If the number of aviation allowances to be allocated free of charge is decreased by a decision pursuant to Article 3e(3) of Directive 2003/87/EC, the central administrator shall delete aviation allowances on the EU Aviation Allocation Account in a quantity corresponding to the decrease of the number of aviation allowances to be allocated free of charge.

  • The central administrator shall, in a timely manner, transfer aviation allowances from the EU Aviation Total Quantity Account to the EU Aviation Allocation Account in a quantity corresponding to the number of aviation allowances to be allocated free of charge determined by the Commission's decision adopted on the basis of Article 3e(3) of Directive 2003/87/EC.

More Definitions of Allocation Account

Allocation Account means the valid water allocation account nominated in the Application into which the water allocation under this Program is to be transferred.
