All Other Work definition

All Other Work means work other than that provided for in clauses contained in this Agreement and carried out by the Contractor on written request from the Client and for an additional cost (not included within the Annual Maintenance Fee).

Examples of All Other Work in a sentence

  • All Other Work - In the event there is an opportunity in a given job title to work additional hours for reasons other than snow removal or emergency road conditions, the opportunity will first be offered on a seniority basis (most senior first) to those regular full-time employees in the affected job title.

  • All Other Work Construct, erect, install or repair cabinets and other fixtures or structures requiring a high level of workmanship.

Related to All Other Work

  • Work or Works means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Additional Work means services outside the Agreement’s initial scope of Work, which may be added by Thornton. Additional Work may be negotiated separately and must be approved in writing by Thornton in an executed Change Order prior to performance.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • The Work means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.
