Advanced technology definition

Advanced technology means the research, development, and manufacturing of goods and their applications in the areas of advanced materials and processing technologies, integrated electronics, optics, biotechnology, information and communication technologies, automation and robotics, electronics packaging, imaging technology, remanufacturing, and such other areas as the Commissioner shall determine.
Advanced technology means engineering techniques or technologies and production or maintenance processes of high quality in line with production certification standards or repair station certification standards, as the case may be, as well as utilization of specialized, highly-skilled and knowledge-centric personnel and technology relating to sophisticated or specific system or equipment.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of Xxxxxx Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.
