Digital Media the Gross rate quoted in this pricing schedule for premium job listings and basic job listings are maximum and fixed for the duration of the Framework, however can be reduced to offer added value. The Framework Discount percentage is also fixed for the duration of the Framework, however can be increased to offer added value. The Agency Fee Commission percentage quoted is a maximum rate and fixed for the duration of the Framework, however this can be reduced (i.e. Contractor retains less commission) to offer added value. The total price of the media less the total Framework discount is the price that is to be charged.
Digital Media. During the Term, Employer shall have a first look at all concepts, properties or business plans owned and controlled by Executive intended for digital media/internet. In the event Employer accepts a digital media project or business plan submitted by Executive, then the parties shall negotiate the terms of the agreement (which may be a work for hire, co-production or equity investment, as Executive shall determine) in good faith for a period of 30 days.
