Cell Line definition

Cell Line means a mammalian cell line that is developed using the Selexis Technology.
Cell Line means the cell line, particulars of which are set out in Schedule 1.
Cell Line means the cell line that has been developed to produce a Product.

  • Licensee agrees that no attempt will be made by or on behalf of Licensee to modify or reverse engineer the Licensed Cell Line or attempt to reverse engineer, recreate or assemble the Construct(s).

More Definitions of Cell Line

Cell Line means in respect of a given Product, the cell bank vials supplied or otherwise made available to SBL by Client to perform the Services.
