ADP Property definition
ADP Property has the meaning assigned to the term "Property" in the Participation Agreement.
ADP Property means the anhydrous ammonia production facility and related properties located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, owned by the ADP Trust (which facility and related properties constitute the "Property", as defined in the InterParty Agreement).
Examples of ADP Property in a sentence
Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, by executing and delivering this Agreement, Borrower requests a Substitution of the ADP Property on or after October 9, 2007 and Lender acknowledges that such request is deemed to satisfy the requirement of the preceding sentence.
