Administrative Expense Surcharge definition

Administrative Expense Surcharge means a surcharge on the Loan charged by the District to the Borrower at the rate set forth in Section 5.1, payable by the Borrower on the same dates that payments of interest on the Loan are due.
Administrative Expense Surcharge means a surcharge on the Loan charged by the DNRC to the City equal to seventy-five hundredths of one percent (0.75%) per annum on the outstanding principal amount of the Loan, payable by the City to DNRC on the same dates that payments of interest on the Loan are due.
Administrative Expense Surcharge means, upon the delivery of an ARRA Noncompliance Statement as provided by this Supplemental Resolution, a surcharge equal to seventy-five hundredths of one percent (0.75%) per annum on the outstanding principal amount of the 2009 Loans from the date of each advance thereof, payable by the Borrower on a Payment Date.
