Administrative Expense definition

Administrative Expense means any of the following:
Administrative Expense means (a) any cost or expense of administration of the Reorganization Cases under section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code including, but not limited to (1) any actual and necessary post-petition cost or expense of preserving the Estates or operating the Debtors' assets and businesses, (2) any payment to be made under the Plan to cure a default on an assumed executory contract or unexpired lease, (3) any post-petition cost, indebtedness or contractual obligation duly and validly incurred or assumed by the Debtors in the ordinary course of business, and (4) compensation or reimbursement of expenses of professionals to the extent allowed by the Bankruptcy Court under section 327, 328, 330(a), 331, 503(b) or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, including, without limitation, the Futures Representative and its Representatives and (b) any fee or charge assessed against the Estates under 28 U.S.C. ss. 1930.
Administrative Expense means any cost or expense of administration of the Chapter 11 Cases allowed under subsections 503(b) and 507(a)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code, including, without limitation, any actual and necessary expenses of preserving the Estate of the Debtors, any actual and necessary expenses of operating the business of the Debtors, all compensation or reimbursement of expenses to the extent allowed by the Bankruptcy Court under section 330 or 503 of the Bankruptcy Code, and any fees or charges assessed against the estates of the Debtors under section 1930, chapter 123 of title 28 of the United States Code.

  • Unless the Authenticating Agent is also the same entity as the Trustee, the Issuer agrees to pay to each Authenticating Agent from time to time reasonable compensation for its services, and reimbursement for its reasonable expenses relating thereto as an Administrative Expense.

Administrative Expense means any cost or expense of administration of the Chapter 11 Cases entitled to priority pursuant to sections 503(b), 507(a)(2), or 507(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, including: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred after the Petition Date and through the Effective Date of preserving the Estates and operating the Debtors’ businesses; (b) professional compensation and reimbursement awarded or allowed pursuant to sections 330(a) or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, including the Professional Fees; (c) an administrative expense of the type described in section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code; (d) any and all fees and charges assessed against the Estates pursuant to chapter 123 of title 28 of the United States Code; (e) DIP Facility Claims; and (f) DIP Facility Fees and Expenses.

Administrative Expense means any reasonable administrative cost or expense associated with the Trust, including reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants (other than such fees and expenses as constitute an Additional Loss Amount).
