Supplemental Resolution definition

Supplemental Resolution means any resolution or resolutions of the Trust amending, modifying or supplementing this Bond Resolution, authorizing the issuance of a Series of Refunding Bonds, or any other Supplemental Resolution adopted by the Trust pursuant to the provisions of this Bond Resolution.

Supplemental Resolution means a resolution of the Authority authorizing the issuance of a Series Bonds or otherwise amending or supplementing the Second Resolution, adopted in accordance with Article VIII of the Second Resolution.

Supplemental Resolution means any resolution supplemental to or amendatory of the Resolution, adopted by the Corporation and effective in accordance with the Resolution.

• Effective upon adoption of this Supplemental Resolution and the Commission’s receipt of the Lender’s written consent to the amendments herein, the following is hereby added to the Bond Resolution as a new Section 24.SECTION 24.

• If any section, paragraph or provision of this Supplemental Resolution shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the invalidity or unenforceability of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this Supplemental Resolution.

• Upon redemption in full or defeasance of the Future Developer Bonds, this Supplemental Resolution shall no longer be effective and shall be deemed to be repealed and rescinded.

• This Supplemental Resolution shall: (i) be in immediate effect from and after its adoption and the Commission’s receipt of the Lender’s signed written consent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B; and (ii) remain in effect for so long as the Future Developer Bonds remain outstanding.

• Effective upon adoption of this Supplemental Resolution and the Commission’s receipt of the Lender’s written consent to amendments herein, the following defined terms and definitions shall be deemed added, incorporated into and made part of SECTION 1.

More Definitions of Supplemental Resolution

Supplemental Resolution means any resolution supplemental to or amendatory of this Resolution, adopted by the District in accordance with Section 39 or Section 40 hereof.

Supplemental Resolution means any resolution supplemental to or amendatory of this Resolution, adopted by the District in accordance with Article VIII hereof.

Supplemental Resolution means this Three Hundred Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bond Resolution and, as referred to in Sections 11.3 and 11.4 hereof, any resolution supplemental to this Three Hundred Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bond Resolution, adopted by the Corporation and effective in accordance with Section 8.2(A) of the General Resolution.
