Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the initial investor interests of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum of (a) the Initial Investor Interest, (b) the initial investor interests of all outstanding Series (other than Series 1999-D) which are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the initial investor interests of all other outstanding Series which are not allocating Shared Principal Collections to other Series and are in their revolving periods; provided, however, that this definition may be changed at anytime if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied.
Accumulation Amount means $83,333,333.34; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Amount shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
Amortization rate means the amortization rate, as defined in Section 49-11-102, to be applied to the system that would have covered the retiree if the retiree's reemployed position were deemed to be an eligible, full-time position within that system.
Accumulation Period means a six-month period during which contributions may be made toward the purchase of Stock under the Plan, as determined pursuant to Section 3(b).
Accumulation means the accrual of leave or time. In respect of weekly study time accumulation means the aggregation of short periods of weekly study time which is granted for private study purposes.
Distribution Rate means, for the Distribution Period beginning on (and including) the date of original issuance and ending on (but excluding) the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the rate per annum of 3.90%, and for each Distribution Period beginning on or after the Distribution Payment Date in June 2004, the Coupon Rate for such Distribution Period.
Accumulation Unit means a statistical device used to measure amounts of increases to, decreases from, and accumulations in any Investment Account during the Accumulation Period.
Accumulation Reserve Funding Period means, (a) if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be one (1) month, there shall be no Accumulation Reserve Funding Period and (b) otherwise, the period (x) commencing on the earliest to occur of (i) the Monthly Period beginning three (3) calendar months prior to the first Transfer Date for which a budgeted deposit is targeted to be made into the Principal Funding sub-Account of the Class A(2018‑3) Notes pursuant to Section 3.10(b) of the Indenture Supplement, (ii) the Monthly Period following the first Transfer Date following and including the June 2019 Transfer Date for which the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2%, but in such event the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not be required to commence earlier than 24 months prior to the Expected Principal Payment Date, (iii) the Monthly Period following the first Transfer Date following and including the December 2019 Transfer Date for which the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3%, but in such event the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not be required to commence earlier than 18 months prior to the Expected Principal Payment Date, and (iv) the Monthly Period following the first Transfer Date following and including the February 2020 Transfer Date for which the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 4%, but in such event the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not be required to commence earlier than 16 months prior to the Expected Principal Payment Date and (y) ending on the close of business on the last day of the Monthly Period preceding the earlier to occur of (i) the Expected Principal Payment Date for the Class A(2018‑3) Notes and (ii) the date on which the Class A(2018‑3) Notes are paid in full.
Controlled Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum (without duplication) of (a) the Series Invested Amount as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period, (b) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series (other than Series 1997-1) that are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all other outstanding Series that are not Principal Sharing Series and are in their revolving periods.
Calculation Rate A discount rate appropriate for the type of cash flows being discounted, namely (i) for principal and interest payment on the Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan or sale of a Defaulted Loan, the highest of (1) the rate determined by the Master Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, that approximates the market rate that would be obtainable by the Borrowers on similar non-defaulted debt of the Borrowers as of such date of determination, (2) the applicable Mortgage Rate and (3) the yield on 10-year U.S. treasuries as of such date of determination and (ii) for all other cash flows, including property cash flow, the “discount rate” set forth in the most recent related Appraisal (or Updated Appraisal).
Auction Rate means the rate of interest per annum that results from implementation of the Auction Procedures and is determined as described in Section 2.02(a)(iii)(B) of this Appendix A.
Return Accumulation Period means the period from (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the next (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the first) Periodic Distribution Date;
Accumulation Period Commencement Date means, the close of business on April 1, 2020 or such later date as is determined in accordance with Section 4.11.
Contribution Rate means, in a reserve study as described in RCW 64.34.380, the amount contributed to the reserve account so that the association will have cash reserves to pay major maintenance, repair, or replacement costs without the need of a special assessment.
Termination Rate means a rate per annum equal to the arithmetic mean of the cost (without proof or evidence of any actual cost) to each party (as certified by such party) if it were to fund or of funding such amounts.
Accumulation Period Length means 12 months; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Period Length shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Period Length” in the Indenture Supplement.
Inflation rate means that term as defined in section 34d.
Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
Controlled Accumulation Amount means for any Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, $57,812,500; provided, however, that if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than 12 months pursuant to subsection 4.09(i), the Controlled Accumulation Amount for each Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period will be equal to (i) the product of (x) the sum of (1) the Class A Initial Investor Interest and (2) the Class B Initial Investor Interest and (y) the Accumulation Period Factor for such Monthly Period divided by (ii) the Required Accumulation Factor Number.
Required Accumulation Factor Number shall be equal to a fraction, rounded upwards to the nearest whole number, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is equal to the lowest monthly principal payment rate on the Accounts, expressed as a decimal, for the three months preceding the date of such calculation.
Accumulation Shortfall means (a) for the first Payment Date during the Controlled Accumulation Period, zero; and (b) thereafter, for any Payment Date during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for the previous Payment Date over the amount deposited into the Principal Accumulation Account pursuant to Section 4.4(c)(i) for the previous Payment Date.
Annual Fixed Distribution Rate means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the rate (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the Government of Canada Yield on the applicable Fixed Rate Calculation Date plus 3.56%.
Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to a participating health or dental plan for each enrollee for the provision of covered medical or dental services whether or not the enrollee received services during the month for which the fee is intended.
Controlled Accumulation Period means, unless a Pay-Out Event shall have occurred prior thereto, the period commencing at the close of business on the last day of the February 2022 Monthly Period or such later date as is determined in accordance with subsection 4.03(c) and ending on the first to occur of (a) the commencement of the Early Amortization Period, (b) the payment in full of the Invested Amount and (c) the Expected Final Payment Date.
Controlled Accumulation Period Length has the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(c).
