Return Accumulation Period definition

Return Accumulation Period means the period from (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the next (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the first) Periodic Distribution Date;
Return Accumulation Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Profit Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Profit Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Profit Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Profit Period Date;
Return Accumulation Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Periodic Distribution Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Periodic Distribution Date;

Examples of Return Accumulation Period in a sentence

If a Periodic Distribution Amount is required to be calculated in respect of a period of less than a full Return Accumulation Period (the “Relevant Period”), it shall be calculated as an amount equal to the product of:(a) 7.00 per cent.

The period from and including the Issue Date to but excluding the first Periodic Distribution Date and each successive period from and including a Periodic Distribution Date to but excluding the next succeeding Periodic Distribution Date is called a Return Accumulation Period.

If a Periodic Distribution Amount is required to be calculated in respect of a period of less than a full Return Accumulation Period (the Relevant Period), it shall be calculated as an amount equal to the product of (a) 2.688 per cent.

The Calculation Agent will, as soon as practicable after the time at which the Rate is to be determined in relation to each Return Accumulation Period, calculate the Periodic Distribution Amount payable in respect of each Certificate for such Return Accumulation Period.

If the Calculation Agent does not for any reason determine and/or publish the Periodic Distribution Amount and/or the Periodic Distribution Date in respect of any Return Accumulation Period for any Tranche of Trust Certificates as provided in this Clause10.3, it shall forthwith notify the relevant Trustee, the Delegate, the IsDB and the Principal Paying Agent of such fact.
