ABL Documents definition
ABL Documents means the ABL Agreement, each ABL Security Document, each ABL Guarantee and each other “Loan Document” as defined in the ABL Agreement.
ABL Documents means the credit, guarantee and security documents governing the ABL Obligations, including, without limitation, the ABL Credit Agreement and the ABL Security Documents and Secured Cash Management Agreements (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof) and Secured Hedge Agreements (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof).
ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, any additional credit agreement, note purchase agreement, indenture or other agreement related thereto and all other loan or note documents, collateral or security documents, notes, guarantees, instruments and agreements governing or evidencing, or executed or delivered in connection with, the ABL Credit Agreement or any Pari Passu ABL Lien Indebtedness, as such agreements or instruments may be amended, supplemented, modified, restated, replaced, renewed, refunded, restructured, increased or refinanced from time to time.

Each of the Lenders acknowledges that obligations of the Borrower and the Guarantors under any Incremental Equivalent Debt and any Permitted First Priority Refinancing Debt may be secured by Liens on assets of the Borrower and the Guarantors that constitute Collateral and that the obligations of the Borrower and the Guarantors under the ABL Documents may be secured by liens on the ABL Collateral.

ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and any other agreements and documents executed in connection therewith or related thereto.
ABL Documents means, collectively, the New ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Intercreditor Agreement and the indenture, credit agreement or other agreement governing other ABL Debt and the security documents related to the foregoing.
ABL Documents means the ABL Facility, any guarantees issued thereunder and the collateral and security documents (and intercreditor agreements) entered into in connection therewith.
ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Collateral Documents, all Swap Contracts and other Bank Products between any ABL Loan Party and any ABL Bank Products Affiliate, all Cash Management Services agreements between any ABL Loan Party and any ABL Cash Management Affiliate, those other ancillary agreements to which any ABL Secured Party is a party or beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any ABL Loan Party and delivered to the ABL Agents or any other ABL Secured Party, in connection with any of the foregoing or with the ABL Credit Agreement or the ABL Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, in each case, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
