ABL Documents definition

ABL Documents means the ABL Agreement, each ABL Security Document, each ABL Guarantee and each other “Loan Document” as defined in the ABL Agreement (other than this Agreement).

ABL Documents has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Documents means the credit, guarantee and security documents governing the ABL Obligations, including, without limitation, the ABL Credit Agreement and the ABL Security Documents and Secured Cash Management Agreements (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof) and Secured Hedge Agreements (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof).

Examples of ABL Documents in a sentence

• Nothing in this Agreement shall impair, as between Grantors and the ABL Claimholders, or as between Grantors and the Term Loan Claimholders, the obligations of Grantors to pay principal, interest, fees and other amounts as provided in the ABL Documents and the Term Loan Documents, respectively.

• In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any of the ABL Documents or any of the Term Loan Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.

• ABL Agent under such ABL Documents shall agree (in a writing addressed to Term Loan Agent) to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall create vary or modify the rights or duties of the ABL Claimholders, inter se, under the ABL Documents or the rights or duties of the Term Loan Claimholders, inter se, under the Term Loan Documents.

• Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the ABL Claimholders will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective loans and extensions of credit under the ABL Documents in accordance with law and as they may otherwise, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate.

More Definitions of ABL Documents

ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Guaranty, the ABL Collateral Documents, any agreements governing Cash Management Services between any ABL Loan Party and any ABL Cash Management Affiliate, any ABL Hedging Agreements between any ABL Loan Party and any ABL Hedging Affiliate, those other ancillary agreements as to which the ABL Agent or any ABL Lender is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any ABL Loan Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the ABL Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or any ABL Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

ABL Documents means, collectively, the ABL Credit Agreement and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates executed and/or delivered in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and of the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and any other agreements and documents executed in connection therewith or related thereto.

ABL Documents means the ABL Facility, any guarantees issued thereunder and the collateral and security documents (and intercreditor agreements) entered into in connection therewith.

ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, the ABL Collateral Documents, all Swap Contracts and other Bank Products between any ABL Loan Party and any ABL Bank Products Affiliate, all Cash Management Services agreements between any ABL Loan Party and any ABL Cash Management Affiliate, those other ancillary agreements to which any ABL Secured Party is a party or beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any ABL Loan Party and delivered to the ABL Agents or any other ABL Secured Party, in connection with any of the foregoing or with the ABL Credit Agreement or the ABL Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, in each case, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

ABL Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and all other instruments, agreements and other documents delivered thereunder or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

ABL Documents means any ABL Credit Agreement, any ABL Guaranty, any ABL Collateral Document, any ABL Cash Management Agreement between any ABL Credit Party and any ABL Cash Management Affiliate, any ABL Hedging Agreement between any ABL Credit Party and any ABL Hedging Bank, any other ancillary agreement executed and delivered by an ABL Credit Party as to which any ABL Secured Party is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any ABL Credit Party, and delivered to the ABL Agent or any other ABL Secured Party in connection with any of the foregoing or any ABL Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
