ABL Bank Products definition

ABL Bank Products means “Bank Products” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.
ABL Bank Products means any one or more of the following financial products or accommodations extended to a Grantor by an ABL Bank Product Provider: (a) credit cards (including commercial cards (and so-called “purchase cards”, “procurement cards” or “p-cards”)), (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) stored value cards, (e) any cash management or related services, including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements or (f) transactions under Hedge Agreements.
ABL Bank Products means each and any of the following bank services provided to any Grantor or its Restricted Subsidiaries by any ABL Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, “commercial credit cards” and purchasing cards), (b) stored value cards, (c) merchant processing services, and (d) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts, cash pooling services and interstate depository network services).

More Definitions of ABL Bank Products

ABL Bank Products means any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Grantor by an ABL Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) services relating to operating, collections, payroll, trust, or other depository or disbursement accounts, including automated clearinghouse, e-payable, electronic funds transfer, wire transfer, controlled disbursement, overdraft, depository, information reporting, lockbox and stop payment services; (b) products under Swap Contracts; (c) commercial credit card, purchase cards and merchant card services; and (d) other banking products or services, other than letters of credit issued under the ABL Credit Agreement.
ABL Bank Products has the meaning given to such term in the General Intercreditor Agreement.
ABL Bank Products means any services or facilities (excluding any letters of credit, revolving loans or other debt for borrowed money) provided to any ABL Credit Party by the ABL Agent or any of its Affiliates (but excluding Cash Management Services) including, without limitation, on account of (a) Swap Contracts, (b) merchant services constituting a line of credit, (c) leasing, (d) Factored Receivables (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement), and (e) supply chain finance services including, without limitation, trade payable services and supplier accounts receivable purchases.
ABL Bank Products means any bank products agreements entered into with any lender under the ABL Credit Facility, its Affiliates or any other person permitted under the ABL Credit Facility.
ABL Bank Products the obligations of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries with respect to Bank Products secured by the collateral under the ABL Credit Agreement.
ABL Bank Products means (a) Hedge Agreements, (b) products and services under ABL Cash Management Documents and (c) to the extent not otherwise included in the foregoing, other similar banking products or services (other than loans and letters of credit) as, in the case of each of clauses (a), (b) and (c), may be requested by any ABL Borrower (on behalf of itself or any other ABL Credit Party) and extended to any ABL Credit Party by the ABL Agent or any Person that was a ABL Lender or an Affiliate or branch of the ABL Agent or any ABL Lender at the time it entered into the same.
ABL Bank Products means any one or more of the following types of services or facilities extended to any ABL Borrower by any ABL Lender or Affiliate (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) thereof, to the extent secured under the ABL Loan Documents: (a) commercial credit card, purchase card and merchant services; (b) ACH Transactions (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement); (c) Hedge Agreements (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement); (d) treasury management and Cash Management Services (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement); (e) foreign exchange contracts; and (f) other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower, other than Letters of Credit (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement).
