ABL Collateral Agreement definition

ABL Collateral Agreement as defined in the recitals hereto.
ABL Collateral Agreement means the ABL Guarantee and Collateral Agreement dated as of the date hereof, among Holdings, the Company, the other Grantors and Deutsche Bank, as administrative agent and collateral agent for the secured parties referred to therein.
