A-6 Certificates definition

A-6 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class 1-A-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

A-6 Certificates means the Class A Subclass Principal Balance of the Class 2-A-6 Certificates divided by the Pool 2 Balance (Non-PO Portion).

A-6 Certificates. The Certificates designated as "Class 1-A-6" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 2-A-1 Certificates: The Certificates designated as "Class 2-A-1" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 2-A-2 Certificates: The Certificates designated as "Class 2-A-2" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 2-A-3 Certificates: The Certificates designated as "Class 2-A-3" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 2-A-4 Certificates: The Certificates designated as "Class 2-A-4" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 2-A-5 Certificates: The Certificates designated as "Class 2-A-5" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class 2-A-6 Accretion Termination Date: The earlier to occur of (i) the Distribution Date on which the Class 2-A-4 and Class 2-A-5 Principal Balances have each been reduced to zero and (ii) the Credit Support Depletion Date. Class 2-A-6 Accrual Amount: For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the amounts that would be payable to the Class 2-A-6 Certificates as interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to clauses (I)(b)(i) and (I)(b)(ii)(a) of the definition of "REMIC II Distribution Amount" without regard to the provisos in such clauses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for any Distribution Date after the Class 2-A-6 Accretion Termination Date, the Class 2-A-6 Accrual Amount shall be zero.

Examples of A-6 Certificates in a sentence

• The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-6 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

• The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall, any Relief Act Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-6 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

• Any such Realized Losses so allocated to the Class A-1, Class A-5 and Class A-6 Certificates will be allocated first to the Class A-6 Certificates until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof or the Accrued Certificate Interest thereon, as appropriate, is reduced to zero and then to the Class A-1 and Class A-5 Certificates on a pro rata basis.

• As provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class A-6 Certificates are exchangeable for new Class A-6 Certificates of authorized denominations evidencing the same aggregate principal amount.

• The pass-through rate on the Class A-6 Certificates applicable to each Distribution Date will be 6.500% per annum.

• The Class A-6 Certificates are not entitled to distributions in respect of principal.

• Each Owner of record of a Class A-6 Certificate will be entitled to receive such Owner's Percentage Interest in the amounts due on such Payment Date to the Owners of the Class A-6 Certificates.

• The pass-through rate on the Class A-6 Certificates applicable to each Distribution Date will be 6.000% per annum.

• The Owner hereof is entitled to principal payments on each Payment Date, as hereinafter described, which will fully amortize such original Certificate Principal Balance over the period from the date of initial issuance of the Certificates to the final Payment Date for the Class A-6 Certificates.

• The pass-through rate on the Class A-6 Certificates applicable to each Distribution Date will be a floating rate of interest determined as provided herein and as specified in the Agreement.
