A "Credit Support Depletion Date" is the first Distribution Date (if any) on which the aggregate Certificate Balance of the Subordinate Certificates has been or will be reduced to zero.
On or promptly after the Credit Support Depletion Date, the Servicer shall be entitled to withdraw and pay to itself as additional compensation any remaining amounts on deposit in the Rounding Account.
