Credit Support Depletion Date definition

Credit Support Depletion Date. The first Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates have been reduced to zero.

Credit Support Depletion Date. The first Distribution Date on which the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates has been or will be reduced to zero as a result of principal distributions thereon and the allocation of Realized Losses on such Distribution Date.

Credit Support Depletion Date. The first Distribution Date on which the Senior Percentage equals 100%.
