Class M-6 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-6".
Class M-6 Certificates. Any one of the Class M-6 Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B-1, executed by the Trustee and authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC 2.
Class M-6 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of “Class M-6,” and evidencing (i) a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the related Basis Risk CarryForward Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay any Class IO Distribution Amount.
