2013 Budget definition

2013 Budget means the Company’s budget for fiscal year 2013, as previously provided to the Purchaser.
2013 Budget the budget (broken down on a monthly basis) in respect of the Business based on the Interim Accounts plus forecasts for the period from 1 June 2013 to 31 December 2013 a copy of which is attached to the Disclosure Letter.

Related to 2013 Budget

  • CapEx Budget means the annual budget for the Asset Entities taken as a whole covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Capital Expenditures consisting of discretionary expenditures made to acquire fee or easement interests with respect to any Ground Lease Tower Site or Easement Tower Site, or non-recurring expenditures made to enhance the Operating Revenues of a Tower Site.

  • Capital Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).

For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the portion of the aggregate amount of all Capital Expenditures of the Borrower for such period attributable to maintenance of property, plant or equipment of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
