Your License to Us. As a Seller you grant a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid, royalty free, transferable, worldwide right and license to us, to use, reproduce, publish, translate, sublicense, copy, display and distribute, in whole or in part, any content you upload on the Site or a Business Partner site.
Your License to Us. You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into HubSpot any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by you relating to the operation of HubSpot.

Your License to Us a) You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, worldwide right and license (with right to sublicense) to use Your name, Your data, logos, trademarks, trade names, and service marks, copyrights, and any other materials or information You provide during enrollment (collectively, the “Earner Materials”) to: (i) advertise, market, promote and publicize Our Trustmark program and Our products and services in any manner and methods, including, without limitation, placing Your name and logo on the GS1 US website; and (ii) display any such Earner Materials in Your Trustmark, on Your profile page on the GS1 US website in Our sole discretion. Additionally, during the term of this Agreement, You grant us all permissions necessary to host the Trustmark on Your website, application or other online service owned or controlled by You or for which You display the Trustmark in connection with the Rx EPCIS Conformance Testing 1.2
Your License to Us. You or your licensors shall continue to own all Intellectual Property Rights in and to Your Content. Subject to the limited license set forth herein, no Intellectual Property Rights in Your Content are transferred or assigned to us under an Agreement. You grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, copy, transfer, distribute, store and modify Your Content to provide the Service Offerings and for marketing purposes.
Your License to Us. In posting or submitting any material on or through our Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, such as comments, posts, photos, images or videos, or other contributions, you certify that you own all such materials and you are at least 18 years of age. When you submit to us or post any comment, photo, image, video, or any other submission for use on or through our Website, you are granting us, and anyone authorized by us, an unlimited, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and/or publicly perform or display such contributions, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium, now known or developed in the future, for any purpose, and granting us the right to make it part of our current or future Programs, Products, Services and/or Program Materials. This right includes granting us use or exploitation of proprietary rights or intellectual property rights like copyright, trademark, service xxxx, trade secrets, patents, or any other of your intellectual property rights under any relevant jurisdiction without any further permission from you or compensation by us to you. It does not include any of your ideas, programs, or offerings. No ideas, programs, or offerings from you will be taken, borrowed, or stolen by us for our business. In addition, you grant to us, and anyone allowed by us, the right to identify you as the author of any comments, posts, photos, images, videos, or other contributions by your name, email address, or screen name. As a result, you acknowledge that certain contributions from you may be used and displayed on our products, services, and/or program materials by us with no obligation on our part to use and display them. You agree that when you use our Programs, Products, and Services, and use our Materials, including our private groups, we may take photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings that may contain you, your voice, and/or your likeness. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to use these photographs, videos, and or/audio recordings and/or any other materials submitted by you to us in connection with your participation in our Program, Product, or Services in our current or future Programs, Products or Services, and/or our marketing or promotional efforts, without compensation to you at any time, now or at any time in the future.
Your License to Us a. You grant us a worldwide license to use, reproduce, transmit, display and adapt Your Applications, any Third-Party Applications that You install on the Xxxxx.xxx Free Edition, and any software You create using the Xxxxx.xxx Free Edition, solely as necessary for Us to provide the Xxxxx.xxx Free Edition in accordance with this Agreement.
Your License to Us. 13.4.1 We do not claim any ownership rights in your content. You retain any rights that you may already have in your content should you post your content to or otherwise access the Website, subject to the limited license you grant to us.
Your License to Us. If you post or submit to us any creative ideas, inventions or suggestions for our Content or services, such submissions shall become, and shall remain, the sole property of the Company. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Company. The Company shall exclusively own all rights to (including intellectual property rights thereto), and shall be entitled to unrestricted use, publication, and dissemination as to all such submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise without any acknowledgment or compensation to you. This does not apply to personal information otherwise subject to any confidentiality requirements under law or this Agreement.
