Our Materials means any items provided to You by Us in connection with this Agreement and includes Screening Output. Partners means organisations that supply, host or process data to or for Us in connection with the provision of the Services. We may at Our discretion use alternative Partners.
Our Materials any and all Materials provided or to be provided by us in relation to the Services;
Our Materials means all Our proprietary materials, intellectual property related to the Products, Services, or Subscriptions subject to this Supplement (such as all rights in any Software incorporated into a Product or Subscription, copyrights, and patent, trade secret and trademark rights related to Products, and screens associated with Products or Subscriptions), Documentation, any hardware and/or software used by Us in performing Services or providing Subscriptions, Content Feeds, Our processes and methods (including any forensic investigation processes and methods), Indicators of Compromise, materials distributed by Us during Training, and any of Our templates and/or forms, including report and presentation templates and forms. Our Materials does not include Third-Party Materials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or misuse of any of Our Materials of which you become aware and, to the extent reasonably requested by us, provide us cooperation in remedying such violation and/or taking steps to prevent the future occurrence thereof.
You may access and use Our Materials only as expressly permitted for the operation of your Account in accordance with this Agreement.
You must not supply all or part of Our Materials to anyone else and you must not copy or reproduce all or part of them without our prior written permission.
You must not delete, obscure or tamper with copyright or other proprietary notices displayed on any of Our Materials.
You must comply with any policies relating to any of Our Materials, or their use, including any additional restrictions or other terms and conditions that we or our third party service providers or licensors may issue, of which we may notify you from time to time.
More Definitions of Our Materials
Our Materials means all: (a) Software Services including any object code and source code of the foregoing; (b) Data Insights; (c) Documentation; (d) Statistical Data; (e) the design and formatting of equipment inspection reports produced by Us or Our Affiliates, (f) intellectual property and other materials owned or developed by or licensed to Us or any of Our Affiliates, except Your Materials licensed to Us pursuant to Section 7.2; and (g) all derivative works and modifications of the foregoing.
Our Materials means all materials submitted or presented (including, for example, our company details, presentation decks and other collateral) by us (in electronic copy, onscreen, hard copy, verbally, or otherwise).

Responsible Body Screening Charges Screening Output means an organisation approved and registered with DBS or DS and/or any other third party carrying out criminal record checks as being authorised to apply for disclosures on behalf of staff, volunteers or associates, or where the Responsible Body is also a Responsible ‘umbrella body’, also authorised to apply for disclosures on behalf of third party customer organisations in respect of their staff, volunteers, or associates, or the checks of DS, DBS or other third parties, as applicable. means the fees (as applicable) set out the statement of work for the Screening SaaS. means any electronic or other data, information, scores, records or material derived, prepared or generated by Us and Our Partners as part of the Screening SaaS.
Our Materials means the Service, Installed Software, Documentation, and information technology infrastructure used by or on behalf of Pulse Secure in providing the Service and any and all other information, data, documents, materials, works, and other content, devices, methods, processes, hardware,software, and other technologies and inventions, including any deliverables, technical or functional descriptions, requirements, plans, or reports, that are provided, developed or used by Us or any Subcontractor in connection with the Service or otherwise comprise or relate to the Service, including any information, data, or other content derived from Pulse Secure’s monitoring of Customer’s or any Authorized User’s access to or use of the Service, but not including Customer Data.
Our Materials includes the Platform, all technology, content and other materials used, displayed or provided in connection with the Services or the Platform. “Our Properties” includes Our Materials and Our IP.
