Xxxxxxx Investigator Classifications. Upon using eighty (80) hours of annual leave during the preceding twelve (12) months, an employee may request to receive pay in lieu of either forty (40), eighty (80) hours, (or for those with 10,400 hours or more of continuous County service one hundred twenty (120) hours) at the employee’s current base hourly rate of pay. Such an employee must have a minimum of eighty (80) hours of accrued annual leave after the payment. A request for payment in lieu of eighty (80) hours or one hundred twenty hours (120) for those with 10,400 hours or more of continuous County service, of annual leave accrual, shall not be made more than once per calendar year. A request for payment in lieu of forty (40) hours of annual leave accrual shall not be made more than twice per calendar year provided, however, in no event shall the total number of hours redeemed pursuant to this provision exceed eighty (80) or for those with 10,400 hours or more of continuous County service one hundred twenty (120) hours, of an employee’s annual accrual in any one calendar year.

  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.
