Pursuant to Section 3 of the Wage and Fringe Benefits Act, MCL 408.480, the employee may designate someone to receive such payments. Designee forms must be signed and on file in Human Resources.   • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload.
