WORKING PLACE. Broker does not provide an office space for the licensee. Licensee may work from home, personal office, vehicle or any other places of licensee’s choice. However, licensee is responsible to store all transaction documents in a safe place with a lock and be able to present them at the Broker’s request within 24 hours. Licensee shall be accessible by phone, fax, e-mail or postal mail, and respond to voicemails, text messages or emails within a reasonable time frame.
WORKING PLACE. Broker does not provide an office space for the Associate-Licensee. Associate- Licensee may work from home, personal office, vehicle or any other places of Associate-Licensee’s choice. However, Associate-Licensee is responsible to store all transaction documents in a safe place and be able to present them at the Broker’s request within 24 hours. Associate-Licensee must be accessible by phone, fax, e-mail and postal mail, and respond to voicemails within a maximum time frame of 24 hours.

Associate-Licensee may work from home, personal office, vehicle or any other locations of Associate-Licensee’s choice. However, Associate-Licensee is responsible to store all transaction documents in a secure place and be able to present them at the Broker’s request within 24 hours. Associate-Licensee must be accessible by phone, e-mail and postal mail, and respond to voicemails within a maximum time frame of 24 hours. Associate-License must maintain current contact information in Associate-License’s profile on Broker’s online system. Broker may register a Broker-Associate office as a Broker’s branch, if Broker-Associate requests it.
WORKING PLACE. Except as otherwise provided herein or as may reasonably be deemed necessary by the Company, the Employee shall principally work and perform this Agreement at the principal office of the Company and its affiliates.
WORKING PLACE. Delegation of the European Union to the International Organisations in Vienna, 0000 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 00/00, and all other temporary or permanent locations determined by the Delegation as working places.

The “EMPLOYEE” shall render his services for the “COMPANY” in any of the establishments of the “COMPANY” or where his services are needed, in accordance with the orders that for such purpose are instructed by the “COMPANY’S” representatives and therefore the “EMPLOYEE” shall be bound to render his services at the domicile of the establishments required or where the “COMPANY” has any establishment, including Mexico City and Monterrey. The “COMPANY” shall be empowered to transfer him to another location at any time prior notification and agreement between the parties if so.
