Common use of Workday and Workweek Clause in Contracts

Workday and Workweek. Eight (8) consecutive hours in a regular work shift, exclusive of lunch period, shall constitute a normal workday. Five (5) normal work days, Monday through Friday inclusive, shall constitute a nor- mal workweek. Normal workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours.
