Work Outside Regular Hours. Work outside regular working hours requires Owner approval. Make application 5 calendar days prior to such work to allow arrangements to be made by the Owner for inspecting the work in progress, giving the specific dates, hours, location, type of work to be performed, contract number and project title. Based on the justification provided, the Owner may approve work outside regular hours. During periods of darkness, the different parts of the work shall be lighted in a manner approved by the Owner.

Work Outside Regular Hours. A. Employees who are called in by the Superintendent of Schools or her/his designee to perform work or render services outside of their regular working hours shall, for each such occurrence, be paid a minimum sum equal to one and one-half (l l/2) times their regular rate of compensation for three (3) hours of work however, this guaranteed three (3) hours minimum compensation shall not apply to:

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.

  • Work Hours Except in emergencies, the standard work week of full-time unit employees shall normally consist of five (5) days of eight (8) hours each, exclusive of lunch hour. Each employee shall be assigned regular starting and ending times, which shall not be changed without prior notice. Should an employee be required to work during his/her lunch hour, the length of such interruption shall be counted as time worked unless other arrangements are made with his/her supervisor.
