Minimum Sum definition

Minimum Sum means the sum specified in paragraph 3 of Annex 8;
Minimum Sum. , in relation to a member, means the minimum sum referred to in section 15(6)(a) that is applicable to the member;
Minimum Sum means the minimum sum or sums set out in Schedule 2.

Minimum Sum means the minimum sum of money which is required to be paid by the Concessionaire to the Company as stated in the Yearly Contract;
