WORK ON A ROSTERED OFF SHIFT. 24.8.1 The rostered off shift prescribed by this clause shall be taken as a paid shift off. Provided that where an employer for emergency reasons requires an employee to work on his/her rostered off shift the employee shall, in addition to his/her accrued entitlements, be paid at overtime rates for all work performed on the rostered off shift.

WORK ON A ROSTERED OFF SHIFT. The rostered off shift prescribed by this subclause shall be taken as a paid shift off. Provided that where UGI for emergency reasons requires an Employee to work on his rostered off shift the Employee shall, in addition to his accrued entitlements, be paid at overtime rates for all work performed on the rostered off shift.

  • Rotating Shifts Nurses required to work rotating shifts (days, evenings and nights) shall be scheduled in such a way as to equitably as possible assign the rotation. This does not preclude a Nurse from being continuously assigned to an evening or night shift if the Nurse and the Employer mutually agree to such an arrangement.
