If a teacher feels that he or she has an intolerable teaching situation involving an inflated class size, the teacher will refer the problem to the study committee. The committee will conduct a study within tenten (10) school days of said referral and present their recommendations to the Superintendent. The Employer may without prejudice to its rights provisionally adjust a teacher’s workload pending a decision.
