Work Clearance. For scheduled work involving disruption of any or all of the following: traffic flow, post utility services, protection provided by fire and intrusion alarm systems, routine activities of the installation, or for work involving digging operations, the Contractor shall provide the assigned DPW technical POC, COR, ACOR, and all other identified Government POCs with all applicable permits (e.g. “Hot Work” permit, approved excavation permit, etc.) IAW AR 420-1 and current Picatinny policies before work commences. For emergency situations involving digging operations in which prior written notification is not feasible, the Contractor shall locate and stake out all utility pipes/cables prior to commencing excavation operations.

Related to Work Clearance

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
