Withdrawal of Rollover Contributions. As of any Valuation Date, a Member who is an Employee and who has withdrawn all amounts which could be withdrawn by him under Section 6.1 may elect to withdrawn an amount that is not less than twenty-five percent (25%) and not more than one hundred percent (100%) (in multiples of twenty-five percent (25%)) of the balance of his Rollover Account by providing not less than fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the Plan Administrator in such form as the Plan Administrator requires.   • Rollover Contributions A rollover is a tax-free distribution of cash or other assets from one retirement program to another. There are two kinds of rollover contributions to an IRA. Xx one, you contribute amounts distributed to you from one IRA xx another IRA. Xxth the other, you contribute amounts distributed to you from your employer's qualified plan or 403(b) plan to an IRA. X rollover is an allowable IRA xxxtribution which is not subject to the limits on regular contributions discussed in Part D above.
