Network Interconnection 26.1 Interconnection between the networks of different SERVICE PROVIDERs shall be as per National Standards of CCS No.7 issued from time to time by Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) and also subject to technical feasibility and technical integrity of the Networks and shall be within the overall framework of interconnection regulations issued by the TRAI from time to time. Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.
Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.
