Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities. Distribution Provider or Distribution Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer.

The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the actual costs related to Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.
