Disposal Facility. The Sonoma County Landfill/Transfer System owned by 243 Sonoma County for the disposal of Garbage, Processing Residue, and other materials as 244 appropriate.
Disposal Facility. Except as set forth below, all Garbage Collected 933 as a result of performing Collection Services, and Processing Residue shall be transported 934 to, and disposed of, at the Disposal Facility. In the event the Disposal Facility is closed on a 935 Work Day, or is not able to accept Garbage, the CONTRACTOR shall transport and dispose 936 of the Garbage at such other legally permitted Disposal Facility as is approved by TOWN. 937 Failure to comply with this provision shall result in the levy of liquidated damages as 938 specified in Article 19 of this Agreement and may result in the CONTRACTOR being in 939 default under this Agreement.
Disposal Facility. The Xxxxx Island Landfill, located at 0000 Xxxxx 35 Landing Road, San José, CA or such place or places specifically designated by the CITY 1 for the disposal, or processing as appropriate, of Residential Solid Waste, and other
Disposal Facility. All Garbage collected as a result of performing 38 Commercial Garbage Collection Services shall be transported to, and disposed of, at the 39 Disposal Facility. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in the levy of an administrative 40 charge as specified in this Agreement and may result in the CONTRACTOR being in default 41 under this Agreement.
Disposal Facility. The facility or facilities at which Refuse Collected under this Agreement may be disposed. As of the Effective Date, the Designated Disposal Facility shall be Xxxx Road Waste and Recycling Facility.
Disposal Facility. Disposal facility" means a containment facility, a diked or undiked disposal site, or a transfer site for future beneficial reuse of dredged material.
Disposal Facility. Franchisee shall collect and deliver to Landfill all solid waste, including residential, commercial and industrial solid waste collected in performance of this Agreement which cannot be diverted. Franchisee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officers and employees from any claims arising out of Franchisee’s use of the landfill. Franchisee shall observe and comply with all regulations in effect at the landfill and cooperate with the operator thereof with respect to operations, including directions to unload collection vehicles in designated areas, accommodating construction and maintenance, and hazardous waste exclusion programs. Franchisee shall at all times operate according to safe industry practices. Franchisee shall pay for disposal of solid waste by Franchisee at Xxxx Xxxxx Road Landfill unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by City and Franchisee. Franchisee, shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, cause to be charged to City the disposal of any material that was collected by Franchisee or by any other person, other than solid waste collected hereunder, without the express prior written authorization of the City representative.

Failure to comply with this provision shall result in the levy of liquidated damages as specified in Article 19 of this Agreement and may result in the CONTRACTOR being in default under this Agreement.
