Where an Employee attends a client Sample Clauses

Where an Employee attends a client as scheduled and the client is absent or refuses service, the Employer may provide alternative work for the Employee, which the employee will perform. Where the Employer is unable to provide alternate work, the Employer will pay the Employee for the duration of the visit. To be eligible, the Employee must report the cancelled assignment immediately to the Client’s supervisor before leaving the clients. Where the Employee denies the alternate work provided by the Employer, the Employee will not be paid.
