Water Monitoring. Provision of technical advisory services, equipment or logistical assistance to strengthen water quality monitoring routines and capacity at national (DPHE), Union Parishad and Pourashava levels including: (i) institutional arrangements to support water quality monitoring through DPHE and local governments respectively through appropriate capacity building measures; (ii) groundwater monitoring; and (iii) development and testing of the application of risk-based approaches to water safety management Part E: Development of Local Credit Market and Risk Management Instruments for Village Piped Water Developing local credit market and risk management instruments for village piped water supply, including the operation of a funding and financial support mechanism, administered through IDCOL or similar financial institution, and provision of funds therefor.

Water Monitoring. The functioning of the SEAWATER DESALINATION PLANT shall be controlled by the monitoring of the quality of the POTABLE WATER, subject to the form and periodicity of the respective control and registry established in EXHIBIT 18 to measure the water quality and quantity, including of the INTAKE WATER, the POTABLE WATER and the WASTE WATER. These regulations shall establish that, in the event of a dispute over the water quality measurements made by CEA and the DEVELOPER, the mediation of an independent and certified laboratory, selected by mutual agreement of the PARTIES, shall be requested and the result thereof shall prevail to resolve such disagreement and shall be final and binding for the PARTIES. With the purpose of having a measurement of the volume and quality of the POTABLE WATER and the WASTE WATER, but not for invoicing or availability purposes, the DEVELOPER shall install measurement mechanisms in the sites of reception of INTAKE WATER, in the DELIVERY POINT of POTABLE WATER and in the delivery point of the WASTE WATER. The specification of such mechanisms shall be established in the measurement regulations referred to by the first paragraph of this CLAUSE SEVENTEENTH.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Environmental Monitoring (a) Borrower shall give prompt written notice to Lender of (i) any proceeding or inquiry by any party (including any Governmental Authority) with respect to the presence of any Hazardous Substance on, under, from or about the Property, (ii) all claims made or threatened by any third party (including any Governmental Authority) against Borrower or the Property or any party occupying the Property relating to any loss or injury resulting from any Hazardous Substance, and (iii) Borrower’s discovery of any occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Property that could cause the Property to be subject to any investigation or cleanup pursuant to any Environmental Law. Upon becoming aware of the presence of mold or fungus at the Property, Borrower shall (i) undertake an investigation to identify the source(s) of such mold or fungus and shall develop and implement an appropriate remediation plan to eliminate the presence of any Toxic Mold, (ii) perform or cause to be performed all acts reasonably necessary for the remediation of any Toxic Mold (including taking any action necessary to clean and disinfect any portions of the Property affected by Toxic Mold, including providing any necessary moisture control systems at the Property), and (iii) provide evidence reasonably satisfactory to Lender of the foregoing. Borrower shall permit Lender to join and participate in, as a party if it so elects, any legal or administrative proceedings or other actions initiated with respect to the Property in connection with any Environmental Law or Hazardous Substance, and Borrower shall pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements incurred by Lender in connection therewith.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • ANALYSIS AND MONITORING The Custodian shall (a) provide the Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager or investment adviser) with an analysis of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with the Eligible Securities Depositories set forth on Schedule B hereto in accordance with section (a)(1)(i)(A) of Rule 17f-7, and (b) monitor such risks on a continuing basis, and promptly notify the Fund (or its duly-authorized investment manager or investment adviser) of any material change in such risks, in accordance with section (a)(1)(i)(B) of Rule 17f-7.

  • Procurement All goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).
