Warranty to End Users. Any warranties regarding the Licensed Software are made to End Users only, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the End User License, and no warranty is extended to Reseller.
Warranty to End Users. The sole and exclusive warranty of Primavera to End Users is set forth in the Primavera End User License Agreement contained in each Product Kit and Enhancement Kit, and Primavera makes no other warranties to or for the benefit of End Users in this Agreement.
Warranty to End Users. MATRITECH gives a limited warranty to CYTOGEN and to the end-users of the Product that the Product conforms to the labeling supplied by MATRITECH until the date of expiration of the Product. MATRITECH specifically disclaims (on the part of MATRITECH and its suppliers) all other conditions, warranties and other terms relating to the Product. CYTOGEN shall not give (or purport to give) or enter into (or purport to enter into) on behalf of MATRITECH any representation, condition, warranty or other term in relation to the Product. CYTOGEN will indemnify MATRITECH against all liabilities relating to the Product and against all costs and expenses associated with claims in respect of such liabilities to the extent that the liabilities result from a breach by CYTOGEN of the terms of the preceding sentence of this Section 7.1.
Warranty to End Users. The period and requirement of the warranty set forth under Section 8.3(c) shall be included with the Device.
Warranty to End Users. SUSE provides, to End Users only, warranties for Products in the end user license agreement accompanying each product. SUSE does not warrant non-SUSE products, or products used by Partner without cost under this Agreement, or other products for which no fee is paid. They are provided by SUSE on an "AS IS" basis.
Warranty to End Users. Warranties and limitations on warranties and related license terms respecting undertakings to End-Users of the Products shall be as set forth in the End-User License Agreement included with the Products, which warranties shall be no less extensive than as contained herein, and which limitations on warranties shall be no less restrictive than as contained herein. Reseller shall be entitled to assert any breach of warranty claims that an End-User might have on behalf of that End-User during the period in which End-User is covered by the warranty of Publisher.

MATRITECH specifically disclaims (on the part of MATRITECH and its suppliers) all other conditions, warranties and other terms relating to the Product. TIMM xxxll not give (or purport to give) or enter into (or purport to enter into) on behalf of MATRITECH any representation, condition, warranty or other term in relation to the Product. TIMM xxxl indemnify MATRITECH against all liabilities relating to the Product and against all costs and expenses associated with claims in respect of such liabilities to the extent that the liabilities result from a breach by TIMM xx the terms of the preceding sentence of this Section 7.1.
Warranty to End Users. The sold and exclusive warranty of Bentley to End Users is set forth in the End User License Agreement covering each Bentley Product. Bentley makes no other warranties to or for the benefit of End Users. Reseller shall not make any representations or warranties inconsistent with or in addition to those made by Bentley concerning Bentley Products.
Warranty to End Users. The period of the warranty to the purchasing consumer for each Product shall be one (1) year from the date of the consumer’s purchase of such Product. FEP hereby agrees that it will promptly and consistently provide a one (1) year warranty on all Products that FEP has purchased from SII and sold to consumers within the Territory.
